बार काउंसिल ऑफ राजस्थान में नामांकित (enrolled) कोई भी अधिवक्ता, जो बालोतरा के न्यायालयों में वकालत करता है, सदस्यता हेतु आवेदन कर सकता है। Any advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan and practising at the courts in Balotra can apply for membership.

वेबसाइट पर "New Registration / Register" पर क्लिक करें। 5 चरणों में व्यक्तिगत विवरण, व्यावसायिक विवरण, दस्तावेज़ अपलोड एवं शुल्क भुगतान करें। आवेदन जमा होने पर एक Tracking Number मिलेगा। संघ कार्यालय द्वारा सत्यापन के बाद सदस्यता स्वीकृत की जाती है। Click "Register" on the website, complete the 5 steps (personal details, professional details, documents, payment) and note your Tracking Number. Membership is approved after verification by the office.

पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो, हस्ताक्षर, बार काउंसिल नामांकन प्रमाण-पत्र, बार काउंसिल पहचान पत्र, पते का प्रमाण एवं पहचान प्रमाण (JPG/PNG/PDF)। Passport photo, signature, Bar Council enrollment certificate, Bar Council ID, address proof and identity proof (JPG/PNG/PDF).

वेबसाइट के ऊपर "Track Application" पर जाएँ और अपना Tracking Number डालें। Use "Track Application" at the top of the website and enter your Tracking Number.

संघ कार्यालय से अपना First Login Code प्राप्त करें। advocate.barassociationbalotra.org पर "First Login" चुनें, Enrollment No. और Code डालें, फिर अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल, ईमेल एवं पासवर्ड भरें। Code केवल एक बार और 30 दिन तक मान्य है। Collect your First Login Code from the office, choose "First Login" on the advocate portal, enter your Enrollment No. and the code, then complete your profile and set an email and password. The code works once and is valid for 30 days.

लॉगिन पेज पर "Forgot password?" पर क्लिक करें और अपना पंजीकृत ईमेल डालें। ईमेल पर आए OTP से नया पासवर्ड सेट करें। Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your registered email and set a new password using the OTP sent to it.

अधिवक्ता पोर्टल में लॉगिन कर प्रोफ़ाइल पूर्ण करें, फिर "Digital ID Card" से कार्ड देखें या PDF डाउनलोड करें। कार्ड पर लगे QR कोड को स्कैन कर कोई भी सदस्यता की पुष्टि कर सकता है। Log in to the advocate portal, complete your profile and open "Digital ID Card" to view or download the PDF. Anyone can scan its QR code to verify the membership.

अधिवक्ता पोर्टल में "Membership Renewal" से ऑनलाइन शुल्क जमा करें, या संघ कार्यालय में जमा कर रसीद लें। नवीनीकरण की तिथि डैशबोर्ड पर "Membership Fee Due From" में दिखाई देती है। Renew online from "Membership Renewal" in the advocate portal, or pay at the office. Your due date is shown on the dashboard as "Membership Fee Due From".

सदस्यों की गोपनीयता हेतु मोबाइल नंबर छिपाया गया है। अपना मोबाइल नंबर डालकर OTP सत्यापन करने पर अधिवक्ता का नंबर दिखाई देता है। To protect members' privacy, numbers are hidden. Verify your own mobile number with an OTP to see the advocate's number.

वेबसाइट के "Downloads" अनुभाग में फर्द तलबाना, सूची दस्तावेजात, नकल प्रार्थना-पत्र एवं जमानत मुचलका निःशुल्क उपलब्ध हैं। The "Downloads" section has Fard Talbana, list of documents, certified-copy application and bail bond forms, free of charge.

वेबसाइट के "Cause List" पृष्ठ पर "Open Today's Cause List" बटन से जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय, बालोतरा की आधिकारिक वाद सूची खुलती है। Use the "Open Today's Cause List" button on the Cause List page to open the official cause list of the District & Sessions Court, Balotra.
